Committed to What Matters

Established in 2012, the Community Life Foundation is a non-profit organization that provides a wide range of support and services to nearly 6,000 older adult community residents, many of whom are low- and moderate-income.

The Foundation has a steadfast commitment to ensure that residents have access to a safe and stable living environment with supportive services – empowering them to avoid homelessness, and promote their independence, health and wellness.

Specifically, the Foundation offers residents a neighborhood network, which provides a social safety net to ensure their well-being. This includes:

  1. Resident Service Coordinators who help connect residents in need to local, regional and federal support and resources that provide basic needs, such as access to food, medicine, healthcare and financial assistance.
  2. Resident Programs — With the help of dedicated community partners, our Resident Programs team provides programs that make independent living possible. From Online Fitness Classes to Phone Pal wellness checks to access to student nurses, these programs nurture resident well-being.
  3. Transportation support so residents can attend necessary appointments and errands and keep them engaged in their surrounding communities.
